Do not include passwords, payment details, sensitive personal information or confidential production records. This form does not accept attachments. A broad description is preferable to a drawing or dataset copied into the message.
Wait for the submission result.
A stored inquiry receives a ticket reference from the server. Keep that reference for follow-up. Pressing the button alone is not a confirmation. If a field needs correction, use the error message to identify it and leave at least one way to reply.

After the first message
Scope comes before a commitment.
The first exchange establishes what the project needs and whether Wexumi is an appropriate fit. It does not trigger a standard package or start a delivery clock. If there is a fixed external deadline, say so early.

Clarify the question
Wexumi reads the outline and may ask what decision is blocked. An unexplained stoppage and a candidate technology need different starting points, even if both are described as an innovation project.

Discuss what information exists and who can authorize access. Technical material should move through an agreed exchange, not through a public chat transcript.

Agree the work
A proposed scope states the outputs and responsibilities, with timing and price basis discussed separately. Questions about boundaries belong here, before paid work begins.

Set the next review
If an engagement is agreed, establish what evidence the next review must consider and who makes the decision. An inconclusive result can require a pause rather than another phase.
Timing depends on the agreed scope and access to the people and evidence involved. The inquiry route does not promise a funding decision, a production outcome or a particular response time.
Choosing the starting point
An uncertain brief is still a useful inquiry.
You do not have to diagnose the issue before asking about manufacturing process diagnosis. Describe the symptom without assigning a cause that has not been tested.
For a known operating problem, industrial technology search can compare candidate approaches and external capability. Include the constraint that would rule a route out, such as inaccessible equipment or a material condition a supplier demonstration did not cover. Exact measurements can wait for an appropriate technical exchange.
For a choice between competing investments, industrial innovation strategy addresses the decision itself. Explain who will use the recommendation and what approval it needs to support. If the project is already being tested, industrial pilot planning and implementation support starts with the test boundary and the next review, not a replacement technology pitch.

It also records the IP address, browser user-agent string, referring URL and the times the form was rendered and sent. Wexumi uses the inquiry to respond and discuss the proposed work. No account, password or card information is needed.
Inquiries and their email copies are retained for 18 months. Chat transcripts are retained for 6 months, server and access logs for 60 days, and the record of a consent choice for 12 months. The privacy policy explains recipients and applicable rights. Use the data request route for access, correction, deletion or consent questions; a data request is answered within 14 days.
Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta Ads send traffic to this site. Their click identifiers are gclid, msclkid and fbclid. An identifier can arrive in a landing URL even when you decline storage. Declining does not mean that no network request reaches a platform or the server.
Consent Mode v2 holds ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and analytics_storage denied until you allow storage. All four return to denied when you decline or withdraw. The footer's Cookie choices control lets you revise the browser's saved choice. Global Privacy Control is honored as an opt-out without asking again.
